Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Broomy account using one of the methods below.

Method 1 - In the App

  1. Open Broomy
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion

Method 2 - By Email

  • Send an email to [email protected] with subject "Delete my Broomy account"
  • Include the email address associated with your account
  • We will process your request within 7 business days

What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile information
  • All tasks and categories
  • All schedules and reminders
  • Notification preferences
Important Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Broomy again.

Data Retention Note

Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes. Certain records may also be retained as required by law.
